Strive Supply Chain are delighted to represent our client, a global retail organization, in their search for an Engineering coordinator to support the engineering teams across the business in the upkeep, analysis and improvements of reporting and to make these reports more automated. Also to carry out Audits on the plant PPMS and CMMS to ensure conformance.

Key responsibilities of the role:

         Manage the designated reports, and issues these

         Able to manipulate reports to provide different types of data

         Organise all the office documents, so they are auditable

         Reorganise reports so they are more effective

         Manage all the engineering documents so they are version controlled

         Help and prepare presentations

         Ensure all OEM manuals are accounted for controlled

         Dynamic in the setup of the engineering office and ensure the teams information is available and easy to use

         Be self-Managed to deliver results

         Work to KPIs to deliver the business needs

         Audit checking of documents to ensure compliance

         Able to manage multiple requests and manage your own workload in in order of priority

         To support the line management with any other administrative tasks as necessary

         To undertake any other reasonable duties based on business requirements

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

         Basic Knowledge of WMS, engineering & automation

         Have the ability to manage an office with a lot of people

         Excellent skills with MS office -Essential

         Be a team player as well self-motivated and able to deliver your own workload

         Experience of influencing and making recommendations

         Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
