in their search for a Customer Services Manager, to be based out of their RDC in Bristol.
Reporting in to
the Site General Manager, you will focus on both internal and external customer
Key responsibilities as Customer
motivate a Customer Services team, leading by example to ensure the whole team
delivers on the KPIs, achieving the highest standards of administration and
Act swiftly with
complaints and issues, providing the highest service levels possible, that
enable the company to fulfil the responsibilities to customers and suppliers
Customer Services Manager you will have had the following experience:
Similar Customer Services experience,
managing in a fast paced, customer facing environment
Excellent people management experience, able
to lead, motivate and develop a team
Constantly driven high standards through
attention to detail, process and team development.
