SITE QUALITY MANAGER, EXPRESS DISTRIBUTION/LOGISTICS, WEST LONDON, 40k+Exc Bens/Bonus

 

Strive Supply Chain are delighted to represent out client, a market leading express distribution and logistics organisation with a significant national network, in their search for a superb Site Quality Manager, to be based at their distribution facility in West London, close to Southall. The role will be carried out during day hours, with some flexibility required as per demands this dynamic business model, please contact Strive for more detail.

 

The Site Quality Manager will be:

 

         Maintaining the existing quality systems on site in line with business objectives, Distribution Quality System and Company Policies and Procedures. Key areas to include: customer services, recruitment, security, H&S, transport compliance, working collaboratively with other area managers.

 

         Reporting directly to the senior site management team you identity causes of non-conformance, establishing of plans to improve quality performance and site continuous improvement.  

 

         Investigating and implementing best practice on site, driving compliance improvements, managing and monitoring all site activities and processes in line with predetermined KPIs. Experience of new process implementation or continuous improvement would be very beneficial, as would a background of quality management within a customer services, logistics or manufacturing focussed environment.  

 

  • Able to demonstrate relevant experience of managing and improving quality policies and procedures, highly organised and with a great eye for detail you will drive process improvement by influencing at all levels of the business structure, building effective relationships with internal and external customers alike.

 

IT Literate, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will be confident and eager to progress your career within a dynamic and growing express logistics organization, whose structure and processes will allow ample opportunity for the right candidate to progress
