Our client is a World leading Seafood Company, transforming the seafood industry through sustainability, innovation and investment in Aquaculture. We are delighted to assist them in their search for an exceptional management team to be based at their state of the art facility on the Isle of Sky. These brand new opportunities are exciting to help establish this brand new site at the heart of our client’s global network.

The following roles are available:

 

Maintenance Manager - Upto £45k

 

·         Reporting into the newly appointed Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing maintenance functions and providing maintenance support for the plant.  You will be required to develop and maintain preventative maintenance programmes, initiate and run capital projects, train employees and develop safety-related programs.

 

Assistant Maintenance Manager – Upto £30k

 

·         Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, the Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for the daily and short term corrective and preventive maintenance activities associated with the efficient operations of the Maintenance Department and plant

 

Production Manager – Upto £45k

 

·         Reporting into the newly appointed Plant Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for the day to day management of production, ensuring control and development of people and production functions. This will also include compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.

 

Assistant Production Manager – Upto £30k

 

·         Reporting into the Production Manager, the Assistant Production Manager is responsible for the day to day management of production, ensuring control and development of people and production functions. This will also include compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.

 

Logistics Manager – Upto £45k

 

·         Reporting into the newly appointed Plant Manager, the Logistics Manager is responsible for managing all operational activities including the unloading and storage of raw materials, warehousing and despatch of finished product in a safe and efficient manner.

 

Assistant Logistics Manager – Upto 30k

 

·         Reporting into the Logistics Manager, the Assistant Logistics Manager will be expected to co-ordinate and supervise all operational activities including the unloading and storage of raw materials, warehousing and despatch of finished product in a safe and efficient manner.

 

Health & Safety Advisor – c£30k

 

·         Reporting into the newly appointed Plant Manager, the Health & Safety Advisor will be expected to assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of Health & Safety Policies/Procedures, and to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
