Background: Client has recently been through changes to their business where they had outsourced part of their production. As a result of this change the client needed to make changes to their existing business processes as what they had used previously was no longer relevant to their new operation. The client needed someone to come in who had experience in this process who could devise new procedures, reporting structures and systems that worked in their new operation.
Why Strive? As a specialist agency operating within the sector we were able to understand the complex nature of the role and the skills the candidate would need. We went to our database of candidates for this niche sector and also placed strategic adverts to attract the right candidates.
Result? After conducting in depth interviews to identify the candidates who had the right skills and experience. We only introduced Two candidates one of which is due to start soon. The client only had to read through Two CV’s and the candidate was offered the role after a single interview.
